0First of all, THANK YOU First Choice for the very quick response to my emergency request on 4/21/21 (heavy snowfall) to remove very large branches covering the driveway and neighbors driveway so that the vehicles can get out. This is the second time we received First Choice services and again were not disappointed in the completion of the tree removal the next day, 4/22/21. The tree stumps were removed on 5/6/21 after utility lines were marked. We also had First Choice plant a new tree in place of the removed one. The services were completed promptly, professionally and cleanly. We have recommended First Choice to family and friends. Feedback from these recommendations has been very positive. First Choice has always done a great job at a very reasonable price. We will continue to request their services and recommend them to others in the future.

We had tried for three years to get a well known tree service to do a winter pruning of our oak tree as is recommended to avoid oak wilt. Every year they promised, every year they failed to show up. We contacted First Choice and Jay showed up for the appointment on time as scheduled. He was very professional and listened to our concerns. The price estimate was very reasonable and below the other estimate. This has been a difficult winter and First Choice was busy but Jay kept us informed and an approximate time when they would do the work. The two arborists that showed up to do the trimming were very nice and explained what they wanted to do, confirming that it was what we were interested in. Within 3 hours, the work was completed, the yard cleaned and their track marks from the lift tamped down. Service above and beyond what we have had in the past. We will have additional tree work that needs to be done and First Choice will be our First Choice.
